PILATES FLOW

Pilates Flow is a figure-shaping full-body workout. It tones the body, trains the back and the deep muscles. It not only targets individual muscles, but also activates entire muscle chains. It uniquely combines strength with mobility. Muscles are stretched, the center of the body and the entire body silhouette is tightened. Pilates Flow focuses on harmonious movement sequences. Yoga and dance elements are incorporated into the lesson. Accompanied by music, the body is strengthened and the mind soothed as it becomes one with the movement.  Pilates Flow is suitable for children, teens or adults whether they be beginner or advanced.
